Sales Desk and Order Fulfilment Team Lead

We are looking for a Sales Desk and Order Fulfilment Team Lead in Casambi Technologies. Do you already have some experience in customer communication and logistics or supply chain? You will have co-workers in Asia and USA to co-operate with them on daily basis.
About the role
In this role you will be responsible of ensuring fast and efficient product delivery process to our global clients. Your main responsibilities are focused on customer order handling, component purchases, production purchases from EMS partners and invoicing. The team is also responsible for accounts payables process. You will be working in a cross-cultural team/ stakeholder environment, striving to achieve agreed business objectives and performing excellent customer service.
You communicate and collaborate actively and effectively in English with relevant stakeholders and have an efficient way of keeping the stakeholders up to date in the processes.

We are looking for
- Relevant commercial education background (e.g., a BBA, BSc or MSc).
- Experience with working in NetSuite (or similar ERP) environment.
- Experience in customer service, purchasing and sales, and/or supply chain in global environment.
- Basic skills with MS Office tools and applications.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken. Fluency in Finnish is seen as an advantage.
- Multicultural experience is highly appreciated.
