Casambi announces strategic leadership changes to drive growth and innovation in the EMEA market

These changes reflect Casambi’s commitment to maintaining its market-leading position and continuing its proactive approach to growth and innovation.
Promotion of Stephen Jackson and Viktor Olsson to Regional Sales Directors
We are delighted to share the promotion of Stephen Jackson and Viktor Olsson to the newly created roles of Regional Sales Directors for Ecosystem. This strategic move highlights our focus on further strengthening relationships within the Casambi Ecosystem, including our growing network of hardware partners.
Stephen Jackson joined Casambi eight years ago and has since been instrumental in establishing the Casambi brand in the UK. He has actively engaged with consulting engineers, developed and refined a VAR strategy, and collaborated with OEMs, all of which have contributed to innumerous lighting projects across various applications. Jackson will oversee ecosystem customers in the UK, Ireland, BENELUX, France, and D.A.CH. regions.
Viktor Olsson joined Casambi four years ago. His promotion to director aligns with his extensive experience, including leading the Northern Europe region in recent years. Olsson will manage customers in the Nordics, the Baltics, Eastern Europe, Italy, and Iberia.
Effective immediately, their responsibilities include managing ecosystem accounts and partners, developing and supporting sales partnerships, and collaborating with Casambi Sales Managers on ecosystem activities.
Refocusing of the EMEA Sales Team
Furthermore, and in line with our growth strategy and market trends, we have reorganized our EMEA sales team to create a more focused and efficient group of Country Sales Managers. This move is designed to strengthen our support for sales partners.
Our Country Sales Managers will now focus on managing local sales accounts and partners, creating demand, developing sales partnerships, providing support, and responding to consultant or specifier sales opportunities.
