Troubleshooting communication problems: The “Island” issue

Sometimes there can be specific points in the network that are isolated and therefore can’t receive or transmit commands to and from the rest of the network. We refer to this as the “island” issue. In this video, we’ll discuss different possible communication issues that may be experienced, depending on where the Casambi devices have been physically installed.
