Astrid Anti-Aging Studio in Bangkok combines clinical care with a calm, spa-like atmosphere. Casambi wireless lighting control allows the lighting to be adjusted across reception, consultation and treatment areas, balancing comfort and relaxation with the clarity needed for professional care.
Located within President Tower in the heart of Bangkok’s Ratchaprasong district, Astrid Anti-Aging Studio was designed as a quiet retreat from the pace of the city outside. Combining aesthetic treatments with a wellness-focused experience, the space balances clinical precision with the calm atmosphere of a luxury spa.
Lighting was approached very carefully throughout the studio because the experience needed to feel both relaxing and reassuring. Clients come here not only for treatments, but also to slow down, reset, and feel looked after. The atmosphere needed to support that feeling while still providing the clarity and functionality required for consultations and professional care.
Casambi wireless control was selected to give the studio flexibility across different areas without adding complexity to the space. Lighting scenes are adjusted wirelessly through a series of pre-set modes tailored to reception, consultation, treatment, and wellness areas, allowing each part of the studio to respond naturally to different activities and moods.
In the reception and lounge areas, lighting is kept soft and warm to create an immediate sense of ease. Consultation rooms feel slightly brighter and more focused, supporting detailed skin analysis and conversations between clients and specialists. Inside the treatment rooms, lighting can shift easily between functional task lighting and softer wellness-oriented scenes depending on the procedure.
Dimming plays a key role throughout the studio. Rather than relying on fixed brightness levels, lighting can be refined gradually to suit different times of day and operational needs, helping the environment feel more personal and comfortable for each client experience.
The wireless nature of Casambi also allowed lighting control to remain discreet within the interior. Without visible complexity or extensive rewiring, the system integrates quietly into the architecture while still giving staff full flexibility to adjust scenes instantly when needed.
At Astrid Anti-Aging Studio, lighting is used to support both wellness and trust. With Casambi working quietly in the background, the space feels calm, balanced, and thoughtfully paced, creating an experience that feels considered from arrival through to treatment.
