Smart Plug DIMswitch

The AIMOTION DIMswitch combines two devices in one: It enables both the dimming of dimmable luminaires and the switching of non-dimmable luminaires, high loads or other electrical devices. The desired function is assigned in the Casambi app via the profile selection: DIMswitch DIM for dimmable luminaires up to 300 W, DIMswitch ON/OFF for non-dimmable luminaires up to 3600 W / 16 A, and DIMswitch ON/OFF [devices] for pumps, infrared heaters or aquariums, where pressing and holding prevents accidental switching. The integrated, freely programmable pushbutton also controls other luminaires, devices, groups or scenes in the same Casambi network.

Compatible with all Casambi-ready products.

Three profiles are available. The DIMswitch DIM profile is for dimmable luminaires, up to 300 W, switched on and off by briefly tapping the device icon. The DIMswitch ON/OFF profile is for non-dimmable luminaires, up to 3600 W / 16 A, also switched by a short tap. The DIMswitch ON/OFF [devices] profile is intended for devices such as pumps, infrared heaters or aquariums which must not be switched off accidentally. It is switched by pressing and holding in the app and requires a switch-on and a switch-off scene, which prevents accidental switching on or off.
Before adding the device to the network, select the appropriate profile: In the Casambi app, tap “More” > “Nearby devices” > “DIMswitch ON/OFF” > “Change profile” > “Select desired profile” > “Start Update”.

The integrated, freely programmable pushbutton can also control other luminaires, devices, groups or scenes that are in the same Casambi network. The status LED on the pushbutton can be deactivated under “Device settings” > “Parameters” > “LED status” > “Active / Inactive”.

The DIMswitch supports automatic switching by time, weekday, date or sunshine, group functions, integration into scenes and animations, and wireless control via the app, wall switch and motion detector. iBeacon can be activated.
