Casambi part of Lichtwoche
The Light Week “Lichtwoche München” was organized in Munich, Germany for the second time with the aim to to be a platform, where people who work with light can meet and inform, educate and exchange ideas and discuss the topic “light” in all its’ forms.
A student competition was organized as part of Lichtwoche. The objective of the competition was to design a creative, technical, philosophical, artistic, experimental or conceptual work under the theme “Lighting design_ design the light”. 16 individual and group projects were submitted by a total of 34 students from four universities.
One group, consisting of André Torres, Gergana Kakrinska and Matúš Jaklovský decided to use Casambi to control their entry to the competition. The work, with the name “GLOW”, won the Special Award of the jury. We would also like to take the opportunity to congratulate the team on their success!
