Belimbing
Belimbing, helmed by Chef Marcus Leow, is a New-Gen Singaporean restaurant that reimagines local flavours in a fresh, contemporary way. Created by the team behind The Coconut Club, the restaurant celebrates familiar tastes while presenting them with unexpected twists, offering diners a culinary experience that is comforting, engaging, and distinctly modern.
The space features Belimbing-shaped pendant lights that not only reference the restaurant’s name but also serve as a sculptural element, creating focal points above dining areas. Casambi’s wireless system allows these feature lights, alongside general and accent lighting, to be seamlessly controlled. Accent and feature lighting highlight textures, décor, and individual tables, drawing attention to the artistry of both the space and the dishes served.
Staff can quickly adjust scenes for private gatherings, seasonal menus, or special events, maintaining flexibility while keeping the lighting effortless and intuitive.
With Casambi, the lighting evolves throughout the day, shaping the atmosphere to match every moment. From relaxed lunches to lively dinners, the space feels naturally inviting, encouraging guests to linger, connect, and enjoy the full Belimbing experience.
