Bridders Optical at EmSphere, Bangkok, combines precision product lighting with a warm, comfortable retail environment. With Casambi wireless lighting control, display, browsing and fitting areas can be adjusted independently to support accurate colour rendering, visual comfort and a more personal eyewear-shopping experience.

Bridders Optical at EmSphere, Bangkok creates a refined retail environment where eyewear is experienced with clarity, ease, and care. Designed in collaboration with Terra Architects and PUNMA STUDIO, the space brings together precision lighting and a warm retail atmosphere to support a highly personal way of choosing eyewear.

Lighting is central to that experience. When you’re choosing glasses, small details matter. How a frame sits on the face, how the colour reads on skin tone, how the lenses reflect light. The space is designed so these things feel natural and honest, without harsh brightness or distractions pulling attention away.

On the display side, high-CRI accent lighting brings precision to the product. Frames are clearly defined, with accurate colour rendering that helps customers compare styles naturally. There is a sense of clarity here, but not harshness. It is controlled, but still comfortable to be around.

Away from the displays, the light softens. Ambient layers help ease the transition between browsing, trying on frames, and speaking with staff. Mirrors and fitting areas are kept calm and approachable, supporting a more relaxed decision-making process where customers can focus on how the eyewear feels as much as how it looks.

Casambi wireless control allows the store to shift gently throughout the day. Lighting scenes can be adjusted with ease, moving between brighter retail moments and softer, more considered browsing conditions. Zones are independently controlled, so display areas remain precise while circulation and try-on spaces stay relaxed and comfortable.

Dimming is used subtly but meaningfully. Small adjustments in brightness make a noticeable difference when customers are comparing frames or studying detail up close. It helps maintain visual comfort, even during longer visits.

In the end, the space simply gives people time to make better decisions. The lighting supports that without drawing attention to itself, helping the eyewear feel more natural, more personal, and easier to choose.
