Otelia Bay is a waterfront wedding venue in Singapore where light and architecture shape a calm, atmospheric setting for celebration. A glass pavilion captures changing daylight, while evening lighting gently transforms the space into a warm, intimate environment. Wireless lighting control enables smooth, precise adjustments across the venue, allowing the atmosphere to shift effortlessly from ceremony to evening without disrupting the experience.
Otelia Bay is a waterfront wedding venue in Singapore designed to frame moments of celebration against the backdrop of the sea and sky. The architecture opens up through a grand high-ceilinged pavilion, where large glass panels bring in shifting natural light throughout the day. At the centre, a chandelier adds a quiet sense of elegance and presence to the space.
Lighting plays a key role in how the venue moves from day to night. In the afternoon, the space is filled with natural daylight. As evening approaches, the lighting gently takes over, carrying the atmosphere into a warmer and more intimate setting that feels natural rather than staged.
Casambi wireless control is used throughout the venue to make this transition feel effortless. Compact control modules and drivers are integrated directly into chandeliers, spotlights, and ambient fixtures, allowing each light to operate as part of a connected wireless system without the need for central control panels or extensive wiring.
For event spaces like this, flexibility and precision are essential. Lighting can be adjusted smoothly from a smartphone or tablet, allowing scenes to shift gradually from bright ceremony lighting to a soft, candle-like glow as the evening unfolds. The changes are subtle and continuous, echoing the natural progression of daylight into dusk.
