Sinamon PIK brings the Bali-born bakery’s signature warmth to a more urban setting in Jakarta, creating a space that feels simple, welcoming, and comfortable. Soft lighting, natural textures, and a clean layout let the café’s fresh baking and everyday atmosphere take centre stage. Powered by Casambi, the flexible lighting subtly adapts throughout the day, helping the café remain warm, relaxed, and easy to enjoy.
Sinamon PIK is the second Jakarta location of Sinamon, a Bali-born bakery best known for its freshly baked cinnamon rolls made daily. While the original store carries the relaxed charm of island life, this space in Pantai Indah Kapuk brings the brand into a more urban setting without losing its warmth and familiarity.
From the moment you walk in, the space feels easy. It is designed to be simple, welcoming, and unpretentious, somewhere you can drop in for a quick treat or linger a little longer than planned. Soft finishes, natural textures, and a clean layout set the tone, letting the smell of fresh baking and the rhythm of daily service take centre stage.
Lighting is kept gentle and inviting. Instead of anything harsh or overly bright, the space is wrapped in a soft ambient glow that makes everything feel more comfortable. Pendant lights help define seating areas, while subtle accents draw attention to the counter and freshly baked pastries, giving them a quiet sense of presence without feeling staged.
Casambi is used to keep the lighting flexible and easy to manage. It allows the team to adjust the mood of the space throughout the day without any complexity. Mornings feel a little brighter and more active, while afternoons and evenings shift into a softer, calmer setting that matches the pace of the café.
It is not about dramatic lighting changes, but small, thoughtful adjustments that help the space feel right at every moment. Everything is controlled simply, so the focus stays on the experience, not the system behind it.
At Sinamon PIK, lighting plays a supporting role. It helps the space feel warm, consistent, and easy to be in. With Casambi working quietly in the background, the café stays flexible and comfortable, always adapting gently to the flow of people throughout the day.
