As Customer Support/Inside Sales Manager at Casambi,
Main Job Duties Are
- Assist the sales process of lighting control products to OEMs within the lighting and electrical industries.
- Develops relationships with customers within the functions of engineering, product development, and marketing.
- Have the ability to learn our ecosystem and present it to our customers.
- Troubleshoot and solve customer issues in a timely manner with a positive attitude via emails, phone, video conferencing, etc.
- Work with specification team members to identify and track project opportunities.
- Assist in the distribution email campaigns, case studies, product releases, social media presence
- Track sales opportunities and projects in our CRM program.
Necessary Qualifications Are
- Demonstrated working knowledge of lighting and lighting controls and management.
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Management or related field, or an equivalent education/experience combination.
- Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to company values and ethical standards.
- Proven proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
